Sixteen16 Pty Ltd will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the customer’s order is ready for pick-up within twenty (20) minutes since the order is placed (with the time starting from when the customer’s order is received – this time can be seen in the confirmation email sent by Sixteen16 Pty Ltd to the email address associated with the order), however orders may be delayed due to very high volume of orders.
